Always the best service.
I have no idea how this restaurant has a 4.5-star rating. Upon entering, the place smelled like a urinal cake. The service was slow, unfriendly, and careless - we were served our food and drinks without silverware or napkins, and the food was cold by the time we received it. The taco salad and nachos were flavorless and poorly prepared. The "nachos" consisted of just shredded cheese on overcooked meat with raw veggies, without sour cream or salsa. The taco salad had very little meat, with the sour cream cup containing more product than there was meat on the salad. Thankfully, my Tito's and Cran drink was strong enough to mask the disappointment.
Saline has the best burgers and pizza around, surpassing even the offerings in neighboring Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. This old school bar has a cozy Up North vibe, and the bartenders - Amber, Nichole, and Bailey - are all super cool and do a fantastic job. Be sure to try their Steak Night special at some point.
We absolutely love this restaurant! It has a cozy, hometown atmosphere. The food is fantastic and the service is top-notch.
Nicole the waitress was very good and hustling but the kitchen staff was terrible. All I ordered was 10 chicken wings and my friend ordered a hamburger. After an hour and 1 1/2 my friend finally got his hamburger and after 2 hours I finally canceled my order for chicken wings. Next time after golf I will eat at Rustic Glen and not counton thompsons (polar bear) for food. Sorry I can't say anything good about the food because I didn't recieve any. 2 guys sitting next to me ordered a 1/2 hour after me and got there hamburgers the same time as my friend. (Kitchen help needs help)
