The food at this restaurant is fresh and delicious, and I highly recommend trying the garden salad bar. While it may not be the largest salad bar I've encountered (I grew up in Northern California), it's definitely the best in the Ann Arbor area. The burgers and steaks are hearty, and the seafood is consistently good. The service here is exceptional—I've always been treated well. Yes, it's a chain, but it feels like a locally-owned family restaurant! I definitely recommend it!
Upon arrival, we were seated right away by a manager who was as busy as the waitstaff, indicating a well-run operation. There seemed to be a dedicated staff member for the salad bar, and he did an excellent job maintaining its cleanliness and keeping up with the demand, even in a packed dining room. Our server was a bit slow but friendly. The menu has seen some updates, but it still offers classic American dishes. I found the petite sirloin and fried shrimp combo to be just the right portion. The steak was grilled to a perfect medium-rare and weighed in at around 4-6 ounces, which was ideal. The salad bar was, as always, fantastic, featuring all the usual options. I requested an extra side plate from the manager to keep the fried shrimp from getting soggy from the steak, and while he was on his way to bring it, he unfortunately got caught up with another customer and I believe he forgot. However, when he remembered as we were settling our bill, he graciously apologized and brought us a slice of cheesecake, which was a lovely gesture. RT remains one of the few places around that offers a solid salad bar, and I’m happy to see such improvement in food and service. We will definitely return.
I forgot to print my birthday reward since I had worked the night before and got up early to attend the show, but showing the code on my phone worked perfectly. I ordered my favorite burger, the mushroom and Swiss, which was flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. It came wrapped thoughtfully, helping to keep it intact until I got home. There are plenty of sides to choose from, and I opted for a baked sweet potato, which turned out to be quite large. Even though I was very hungry, I couldn't finish it all. I'm not worried about leftovers, as they will make for a tasty lunch the next day. Knowing I’d be dining here, I chose a smaller popcorn at the show and was still quite full. Make sure to sign up for their emails to receive birthday rewards, and keep an eye out for deals on the endless garden bar days.
Always consistently good. Had the bourbon honey glazed salmon, cheese Brussels sprouts and upgraded to salad bar. Then finished off with the Apple crisp and Ice Cream stuff. It was really good.
We arrived for a late lunch(2:45).there was only one other table of customers for a business lunch meeting. It was very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I chose the New Mini Masterpieces meal of 2 mini slider burgers(turkey cheese), french fries, and salad bar or soup. I opted for the big, well stocked salad bar. I'm glad I did. They had a large variety of types of salad fixings, as well as a cold pasta salad and chunky potato salad. The only thing I would improve on would be the portion size of the French Fries. I had about a dozen pieces with my order. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth coming back again in my book.

This is a great restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. It's a paradise for salad enthusiasts, as they boast an impressive selection of over 50 ingredients in their salad bar. The main courses are fantastic, particularly the ribs we tried, which come with a choice of two sides from an extensive list. The portion sizes are just right — generous but not overwhelming. The chicken quesadillas were also delicious and are definitely worth trying. The service is generally good; however, I did receive dirty cutlery and had to request a replacement, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. If you're catching a movie at Emagine Saline, this restaurant is conveniently located for a great lunch or dinner before or after your film.
From the moment we walked in tonight, it was an amazing experience! Our waitress, Margo, was incredibly sweet and attentive—truly the best! The manager, Matt, was also very kind and checked in on us since it was my birthday. Our meals were cooked to perfection, and the flavors of the steak, broccoli, baked potato, and shrimp were outstanding! On our way out, I had to ask to speak with the chef to shake his hand and let him know how wonderful our meal was. We will definitely be back soon!
Delicious! The server was prompt and courteous, and we received a warm welcome from the hostess. What more could you ask for? Ruby Tuesday in Saline is one of our favorite restaurants, and it offers a fantastic menu along with convenient drive-up service! This place truly deserves all the stars.
