They serve up a mean Torta Al Pastor. Delightful Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Terrible experience. I paid almost $7 and didn't even receive a napkin in the bag. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with both the food and service being top-notch. The value for money is fantastic. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, service also a solid 5, and the atmosphere equally deserving of a 5. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Quesadilla and Chips!
Sadly, the nuggets were burnt and unappetizing, prompting our child to take one bite, proclaim it tasted like mushrooms, and then resort to eating chips instead. As for the kid's burrito, which was supposed to be rice and beans, we received one stuffed with chicken, something my son refused to eat. We informed our waitress about the mistake—confirming with her upon ordering that it was supposed to contain only rice and beans—and requested a remake. The new burrito, however, came back filled with ground beef and onions, which he also found unacceptable, leading him to stick with chips. The two main entrees were just mediocre and certainly not worth the price we paid. They weren’t even good enough for us to consider returning for another meal. Overall, it was a significant disappointment. As Mexican food enthusiasts, we had high hopes for this local restaurant, but regrettably, our family dinner turned out to be a bust. Despite hearing negative reviews from family and friends, we wanted to form our own opinion—but in hindsight, we should have heeded those warnings and stayed away!
The nuggets were burned and unappetizing, and our child wouldn't eat them after taking a single bite, remarking that they tasted like mushrooms. Instead, he filled up on chips. The kids' burrito was supposed to be rice and beans only, but when it arrived, it was filled with chicken, which our son refused to eat. We informed the waitress, who had confirmed the order, and requested a remake. Unfortunately, the new burrito came back filled with ground beef and onions, which he also wouldn't eat, so he too resorted to chips for dinner. As for our main dishes, they were just average and definitely not worth the price. There was nothing about them that would compel us to return for another meal. Overall, it was a significant letdown. We are fans of Mexican cuisine and had high hopes that this local restaurant would be a great find, but sadly, dining here tonight was a regrettable decision. We've heard some negative comments from family and friends who've dined here before, but we wanted to form our own opinion. In hindsight, we should have listened and stayed away!
