The Famous Bowl chicken was drier than a crouton left out in the sun. The plastic cup lid is a safety hazard; the straw wouldn’t fit properly, and when I tried to push it in, the lid shattered, spilling small pieces into my drink. They don’t answer the phone, and I even had to remind the cashier to give me my cup in the first place.

We ordered the fill-up box and a famous bowl, but my kids wouldn't eat the chicken, and it was noticeable even in the bowl.

The Taco Bell grill is always down when I try to order it. My food is often incorrect and missing chicken. This establishment really needs new ownership. It's no surprise they lack any 4 or 5-star reviews!

And then you have to pull around and ask them HEY WHERE IS MY FOOD !!! Oh you haven’t got that yet.. Nope?‍?‍?‍?‍
