Ed's Bread - Saline

Finally, it made this plant-based bakery in Creekside. Ed's been following in Alta Bistro since his days. Absolutely love her sourdough bread. Also had a pecan cinnamon with homemade coconut whip and a chocolate chip cookie. Very good. Also love the design/interior. Will come back when I'm in Whistler for mountain biking or snowboarding.

We used Ed's for the vacation. They have a small retail sho p and they custom make things for everyone. Your roles are great tasting and unique or simple if you like it. They are still working on their retail front so they do not have many services, but if you can work with them, they will produce a good product for you.
