What Jennifer S doesn't like about Starbucks:
Second time I ordered with light ice and it comes full of ice. We call and talk with Jose (store manager) and he says bring the drink back and we will give you another one. Then I call back and tell him I'm supposed bring the drink and grab another for your mistake, where's the compensation in that for your guys mistake? He said we will give you a new drink and a recovery card....point is I specified light ice, the cup was nearly full of ice. And only like a cup of liquid in a Venti sized cup....I'm not paying for a cup of ice!! Would give no stars if that was an option. Something should be done about this.
I’ve came here 4 times in total my whole life and all those 4 times it’s been a bad experience. No matter how clear and how many times I repeat myself, they never seem to get my drink right, not to mention that the workers take their sweet time doing the drinks. It’s always packed inside and I’ve had to wait about 10 minutes for an iced water only to get straight faucet water. And let’s not get started on the drive through because the line is always long, mix that up with slow workers and that’s a recipe for disaster. I’ve given them my card to pay (drive thru) for a drink that is around $5.00 only to come to find out I wasted $8.00. I do not recommend as I think they used my card to tip themselves! and I never wanted to tip them, maybe they would get a tip if they did their job right.
Every time I come here I receive unnecessary attitude from the employees and honestly it kind of ruins my day...
Busy so it can be slow, but honestly it's filled with hard worker's. Keep it up
Drink was good but please make sure to fill cups all the way, it only takes an extra second.
