Smalley's Roundup - Salinas

Ribs were dry and tasteless, the bbq sauce bland and cold. I ate one and was so dissatisfied that I didn't eat anymore. We ordered the appetizer plate that were all fried, we knew they would be, but they lubricated as if they were old and frozen out of a box. Each of us, who took a bite of a mozzarella stick, had the cheese on the first bite that a hollow tube of deep fried nothing and again they were tasteless. In addition, the bathrooms had huge puddles of water on the ground, which is really rough! Purpose You are not yours, how the food is?t cheep and is really terrible.

The food as always is delicious! But the last few times to eat here, the lady with the black hair in hardships has no customer service or friendly attitude. I didn't feel welcome. Years ago, the servers were so friendly, especially the man manager, he's really nice.

Absolutely awesome steaks, Smalley's Roundup has a mean Ribeye and offers a few sides with the steak. Good portions tasty food great service can't go wrong with Smalley's Roundup! Make sure to order an extra big portion because you'll definitely want some more for later. Highly recommended

Delicious food. Excellent waitstaff. My family brought me here for mother's day dinner (a day early! The food was great. I did find the beans to be so-so, but the meat was falling off the ribs and the tri tip was delicious. They still give you the scoop of sherbet!!

Service was bad, we sat on an empty restaurant for 20 minutes to take our drinks order. Ribs do not taste or smell smoked. They taste good, but no smoke taste. Family meal came only with 6 slices of bread. Old Smalley was often better. Do not recommend and do not return.
