Fabulous shrimp teriyaki. I have never received so many shrimps in a plate/borrow (compared to the other popular Asian cuisine in the food dish). The shrimps, vegetables and rice were deliciously fresh and delicious. This will definitely be my visit when I visit the mall. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sarku Japan:
Food is good but the younger guy's that cook the food horrible customer service when you ask them which one is your plate they just give you a look like your bothering them they won't stop talking with each other to answer your questions very rude View all feedback.
Japanese food and the feeling at this location is excellent. I love snacking here. Service treated us so nice. The prices are good for what you get. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
Loved (past tense) their food... portions varies by the person and their attitude. Their service SUCKS!!! God forbid they made a mistake to your order or you request additional of something you paid extra for... they get rude and loud about it. The food is not worth their humiliation!!! Many times these grown men act like teenaged looking ridiculous. Bad impressions.
It's delicious. Greasy, but yummy and I like it when you order it! Piping hot teriyaki chicken with soba noodles were sweet and delicious!
I was very impressed by the quality, super good rolls with fresh fish, price very meaningful for this quality!
My friends and I used to come here either just for the food or on the way to the movies. This place is amazing, definitely the best Sarku chain that I have been to and I have been to three. They have sriracha which not every chain has, unfortunately. Get the Double Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki!
