This place deserves more than a 5 stars the customer service here is on point I received my order right away and was perfect. I’m sure she’s the manager works harder than any one else, she gave me a free cookie after fixing the mistake of some lazy looking guy!! This girl better get a promotion! Thank you Jacqueline, if you ever need a job, you got one here guaranteed!

The restaurant forgot an item in my order. Totally understandable, everyone makes mistakes. However, to receive a refund you need to return to the restaurant. So, if they make a mistake the burden is on the consumer to make it right. I'm sure many people don't go back making this policy a real money maker for the company. Go somewhere else or check everything twice before you leave.

Love this place. The service is getting better. The food is tasty. Love the option of using a kiosk instead of talking to some one at the counter. Love the option of using the app to order. Use to be a real good joint for lunch. But now the quality and quantity of their meals are really bad. Hard to find a piece of chicken into chicken salads same thing with sandwiches.
