After placing our order, we drove to the window and noticed that we received regular French fries instead of the curly fries we had requested. Jenny, the cashier, was extremely friendly and promptly responded with, “Oh, you didn’t get the right order? No problem, coming right up!” She didn’t question us or ask for a receipt; she just focused on resolving the issue. Thank you, Jenny, you’re fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic burger experience! As someone from the Midwest, I wish we had The Jack in our area. What a great place!
