This place is like if your korean grandma was cooking for you…complimentary cucumber #kimchi and slaw. So much food and I just put it in the air frier the next day and it's as good as fresh. View all feedback.
What James J doesn't like about Seoul Usa Korean:
I would recommend this place to a local person who wanted to try Korean-like flavors. Not recommended for someone with extensive experience with Korean food. The staff here is great, and I believe the owner is doing great work at making her business work in small town Kansas. That said, this food doesn't have what makes Korean food great. It's bland, doesn't have spice, and seems more like American style Chinese than... View all feedback.
The tofu bulgogi and cucumber kimchi were tasty. Please add tteok bokki to the menu
Mundoo Ramen, a flavorful noodle bowl with pork dumplings. It’s so good, I’ve started ordering it every time. I decided to try something new so I had The Mung Bean Pancake. It was good with a vinegar sauce and interesting texture. I’ve had their kimchi soup and it was an experience to remember; just the right amount of heat, so vibrant and satisfying. Their Japchae is also yummy. Really, everything I’ve had here is great. They’ve opened one in Manhattan KS also.
Sooo delicious. Smelled good when I walked in, thanks in part to the open kitchen. I quickly glanced around and it seemed clean, which is very important. Foodwise, I got the Seoul Sampler and it was very flavorful and filling. Rice and noodles were included, and some sides were self serve. My dish was extremely mild — I would have liked some more spice in the sides but didn't want to get up again after I sat down. There was plenty of flavor. Everyone working seemed like the were working hard an … – show
Like many of the other reviewers, we were passing through on our way to Colorado. We stopped for some take out after visiting a near by car museum, and we were pleasantly surprised. The portion was huge for the kimbap. Everything was tasty. My favorite was the japchae rolls. It was so crispy and delicious.
Must have caught them on a bad night. Not sure what the deal was but we had 4 take out and 2 dine in orders get their food before we got ours when we ordered before them all. Waited for 30min. Staff seemed a bit confused in the kitchen. Kept shuffling around our order, apparently. Didn't even get anything crazy from the menu. Everyone else got their food pretty quick. Food was ok, at best. Sated the desire for bulgogi but I'd be willing to drive an hour to find something…anything…better.
