Order was smaller than normal. Contacted Russells and was told it couldnt have been because the biscuits they have are all the same size. Joanie told me this and then hung up on me.
The eggs were great, the hash browns, ok. However the Chicken Fried Steak was terrible! It tasted and looked like an old frozen patty that was heated up and it was super chewy. Definitely not like it used to be.
Food was good and there was Plenty of it. There was definitely enough gravy for the biscuits, which isnt always the case at some restaurants.
The food was burned bad how can I get a refund?
