Every now and again I decide to try this place hoping that it will get better. We went in for $1 pretzel Tuesday last night as a treat for my children and we were very disappointed. The pretzels were very thin, no wider than my finger in certain areas. They were so thin that when the girl picked them up, they fell apart. The cheese has absolutely no flavor…none. Let me tell you, I had a large order for my whole work office of 6 people, and my service was EXCEPTIONAL! Honest to God, I am floored. The younger man who took my orders (I was had a few different payment methods/orders) was happy to help me. When I told him it was a large order I didn't meet any resistance or hesitance.
