They clearly dont know what caramelized onions are, or how to make the burger per the description. Raw onions,a burger, no toast on the bun, nor is it inverted. Ive ordered the beast fries twice and only received seasoned fries, with none of the other toppings. View all feedback.

Food was cold fries are over season. Burger is ok but ordered bacon and didnt get any on it
The top bun was hard as a rock and the bottom bun was soggy. The patties were crusty as all get out. The fries were seasoned great.
