Daimaru Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

Visiting from Cali, visiting ny son, the food was delicious service was great and our food preparer gave us a great show on the grill

I have been coming here sporadically for 3 years. While one might think it's just average for the midwest, it's a consistently good experience. All there hibachi cooks are friendly and skilled. The wait staff is always attentive and respectful. Its a good atmosphere. All in all, a great place to eat in salina.

I had originally given this place 5 stars, but after my last 2 visits I am downgrading to 3 stars. Over the past three years the service here has gone down hill tremendously. The food was good, but not great like it used to be. The chef was awesome as always at the grill. The wait staff has no clue what is going on and messing up orders at my grill and the one across from me. This was 2 different servers mind you.
