Update on 29/06/2026 The service is really not that good, always wait for ages for one of the staff to be available, order was wrong, cutlery dirty, we had to ask for napkins few times as the gave us one to share between the 2 of us!!!

It wasn’t busy at all plenty of places outside they made us wait for Atle... read more Absolutely disgusting service and shisha avoid rude staff. Group of 6 went down today. It wasn’t busy at all plenty of places outside they made us wait for Atleast over 30 mins to seat us . Once seated we were brought out dirty broken pipes. Couldn’t taste the flavour at all. We asked for them to fix. We got passed around to Atleast 7 members of staff. We didn’t even smoke more then 2 pulls. After a while of talking to one of the more understanding members off staff. They took it back and brought the same shishas back. We said to them leave it we want a refund. Manger refused to gives us a refund on the basis he can not take money out of the till. Where as before he said this he offered a refund of £10 for 3 shishas. I’ve been to many shisha lounges but this company talked down to me and my friends claming that there shishas were brand new and because they were new they had the same taste. What a joke! Avoid at all cost
