Patrons appreciate the delicious coffee and various menu items, with notable mentions for the bacon sandwiches and baked potatoes. However, service inconsistencies have been a recurring theme. While some guests found the staff friendly, others experienced delays and mix-ups with their orders. Cleanliness also appeared to be an issue during peak times. Despite these concerns, many visitors express a willingness to return for a casual coffee and a quick bite, drawn by the charming atmosphere and reasonable prices.
The food and the atmosphere was amazing! I went with my friends for dinner and we had a great time!!
Visiting Mediacity in Manchester, had time to kill, so opted for a morning Café Latte in Penelope's Deli. Nice coffee, on rustic seating benches. Friendly if slow staff.
Good refuge on a cold rainy day, coffee was ok, service a bit disinterested, i suspect i was not cool or young enough to warrant better service, food looked alright but I won't be going again !
I stopped by to get some small bites and drinks on the first weekend after lockdown. I sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was delightful.
Thought this was just for Media staff at first, but once we got over our inhibitions it was fine for a quick coffee and a nice place to watch the comings and goings in relative comfort.
