I frequently visit this McDonald's location. The service is consistently good, with friendly staff and a clean store.
Got to be the worst McDonald’s in England. Delivery takes over an hour to get, 97% chance of their being something missing. Foods always stale cold and soggy, by far the worst McDonald’s in England, staff at all levels need to take a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. Either change career because it’s clearly not for you or sort it out.
Partial order and don't care. As it was an uber eats delivery they said my only option was to drive up and get the missing items. Defeats the object of getting a delivery in the first place.

I visited the Swinton branch today with my grandson. We used the drive-thru, which was not busy. I placed my order but had to wait a long time at the kiosk. No one instructed us to wait in a parking bay. When we received our meal, the staff did not smile or speak to us, they just handed us our food and walked away without saying thank you or goodbye. It costs nothing to be polite. After leaving, we realized our order was incorrect, which was very disappointing. The staff had a careless attitude. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
