I've lived in the city centre of Manchester for years, and think I know it pretty well, but until I had to stay in the nearby CitySuites, I had no idea this pla... read more I've lived in the city centre of Manchester for years, and think I know it pretty well, but until I had to stay in the nearby CitySuites, I had no idea this place was here and that this is the original Grindsmith. On each...occasion, I had a green tea and cake, and both times the service and food was great. As it was hot both times, I sat outside but the seats inside looked comfy. Both times, he brought my tea/cake out to me after ordering. Highly recommend.

It’s more than possible to have that along with good flavour.

I had fresh or... read more I do not remember that it is called the pod, but in the medienstadt we had a nice coffee and cake there then went back the next day to breakfast. I had fresh orange juice and the freshly made pancakes that they should die for absolutely beautiful. my partner. had the sausage on a fresh roll with coffee. we would highly recommend this place. also the employees are so friendly and very attentive will definitely return when in media city again.
