Greggs - Salford

Each time I have dined at this restaurant, the food has been lukewarm or cold. Not sure if it depends on the time of day you visit, but it is quite frustrating considering it is the only Greggs in my area.

Excellent, clean, courteous, and efficient. A budget-friendly dining option that always delivers. What more can I say?

This restaurant may receive high ratings due to its convenient location in The Ellesmere Centre rather than the quality of its food. It is good for a quick meal, but it seems out of touch with the times. I have lived in Walkden for 42 years and recently had a sausage roll there which was decent, but the biggest issue is the rude and disrespectful staff they employ. My purchase was thrown into a bag, my money snatched out of my hand, and my change slammed on the counter without a word. While Gregg's may be a well-known bakery chain, this particular branch seems to have lost the traditional customer service it once had. The precinct is nearly deserted, which is not surprising given the poor service.

We often get a pasty or a steak bake for a lunchtime treat,also a cake,never had a bad one,staff always polite and friendly

The food is very fresh some sandwiches were made to order the pasties were nice and hot coffee is a bit strong but hot the staff were friendly well done
