We were sitting having a friendly chat and a Costa coffee, when a staff member began mopping under our table and chairs, literally touching our shoes, one and a half hours before closing time. We observed the same thing happening to other customers seated at tables around the cafe. I think this is so rude. View all feedback.
We ordered a heel latte and a cold mocha, but we were given and charged for hafer chocolate and cold chocolate. after the question, what drink, they said chocolate, and I was like, but I ordered to laugh. later they changed it and it was really good, one of the best shed I ever had, but the cold chocolate was not so good after my man who had it. he said he had better. we asked about water and they were really nice and gave ice water. how we planned to sit and do some work with our laptops, it was hard to find sitting with plugs near.
Many seats, parking space (free for 3 hours) right in front of location.
It is warm to sit here. beautiful coffee and beautiful place to sit.
If the coffee likes them when shopping, Costa, the place.
It was my first visit to this branch of Costa, the shop is laid out the usual way but even though it was busy it felt big able to accommodate everyone. it was clean with welcoming staff too. Brilliant!
