What Janet H likes about Costa Coffee:
This has become our go to place for a coffee and snack before the theatre. It was busier than normal as Manchester United were playing at home. Hence the coffee being served in disposable cups! We got a table without any problem. I chose the St Clementine cake which was moist and tasty. My latte coffee was hot and the right strength. My partner's coffee was very strong. The staff are efficient and helpful. The tables... View all feedback. What Connie Fancy doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Sad to see everybody who dined in used disposable cups especially on busy days. Staff tend to just use disposables and skip asking whether customers are dining in or not. Costa gives extra beans on their app to customers who use reusable cups, hope more use it. View all feedback.

read moreCosta Coffee at the Lowry outlet offers a mixed experience for patrons. While some visitors enjoyed tasty drinks and snacks, praising the staff's efficiency and the appealing menu with items from M&S, others reported cleanliness issues, with dirty tables and rude service undermining their enjoyment. On busier days, the reliance on disposable cups and an overall lack of cleanliness were notable concerns. Positive moments highlight the well-executed coffee and cake selections, but a consistent focus on hygiene and customer service is needed to elevate this venue into the reliable stop it aims to be for shoppers and theatergoers alike.
