Alizaks - Salford

I used to be a frequent patron at this restaurant, but my recent experiences have been less than satisfying. On my last visit, my order took an hour to arrive. The naan bread was so stale that it felt like it had been sitting in the bag for a long time, and the sides were served cold. The curry was only lukewarm. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant, but tonight we decided to order through their app. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our order as they mistakenly assumed we wanted cheeseburger meals and took one of our orders. After calling them to clarify, they explained the error. When our food arrived, one of the meals had undercooked chips. Additionally, they put mayonnaise on all our meals even though we did not request it. The service tonight was very disappointing and I do not plan on returning.

Alizaks used to be decent, but tonight's experience was disappointing. The curry sauce was watery and the meat was tough. I also had a chicken kebab that may have had gristle in it.

Rang up to order an order as I ordered from here before, and could not fail to fail this time was the guy on the phone very rude, and starting to say he will not deliver to my address that is only so far in the eccles! especially if I had already eaten! not impressed by the service at all! so hanged and will not order again

This is a takeaway on restaurant that has been here on Moorside road for many years. Excellent quality food, friendly service. Reasonably priced too. And they deliver! both in terms of by car and in the superb quality fresh dishes.
