Spaghetteria Al Dente - Salerno

This place has some of the most authentic, delicious pasta in Salerno! The atmosphere is alive and they are accommodating to non-Italian speakers. The service is not only fresh, but also fast! It is nice that they are open late, but good luck getting in immediately if you don't have a reservation. I would highly recommend this place if you want authentic Roman pasta for a very affordable cost!

Omg such good food! Bruschetta and spaghetti is definitely their forte and we weren't disappointed with our selection of food. There was a page and a half selection of bruschetta. Overwhelmed with options is an understatement, but the staff was incredibly sweet and very helpful. We went with the waiters' suggestions and were very happy with that. We actually came a few days later to eat here again before catching our train to Rome, but unfortunately it was too early in the day and they were closed. Highly recommend checking out this spot! Ps: if you're sitting at the top floor, you can see the chefs making the food flawlessly

Un mio amico me ne ha sempre parlato bene, quindi trovandomi in zona decidiamo di andarci. Il locale è molto piccolo, si sviluppa su 2 livelli, con una capienza di 30 posti. La cucina è a vista. Preparano esclusivamente spaghetti con diversi sughi, da quelli semplici con il pomodoro a quelli un po' più complessi con limone e tartufo. Ho preso come antipasto una porzione di patate al forno con peperoncino dolce e gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare, cotti rigorosamente al dente (come il nome del locale). Entrambi molto buoni. Non hanno molta scelta di vino e birre, una birra artigianale dei Mastri Birrai Umbri. Se volete provare qualcosa di diverso dal solito, questo è il posto giusto!

Locale minuscolo che si trova in un vicolo del centro di Salerno. Il profumo del tartufo proveniente dalla cucina già aveva creato delle alte aspettative che in seguito sono state rispettate. Spaghetti al dente resi cremosi dalla panna.
