The best gluten-free pizza. It's really worth a try, great ingredients but nothing beats the dough. Light, digestible but above all pleasant in flavor. From the photos I challenge you to recognize the pizza with gluten-free dough. Really welcoming staff: I hardly find anyone who shows up before a service at your table. I find human contact the detail that makes the real difference. The attention to detail at the table, in the drinks and in the service encourages me to recommend it to everyone. Very very very good pizzas. The dough is excellent and also the variety of the menu which varies from season to season based on the products available. This suggests that the pizzas are truly quality because the raw materials used are fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. What can I say......
