Osteria Dei Sapori - SALERNO

The restaurant felt very intimate for my partner and I as it’s tucked within an alleyway. The first time we went he had spaghetti with clams and I had the special which was a pistachio mussel and pecorino based pasta dish. That pasta was the best meal we had in the entire two weeks we spent throughout Italy ranging from positano, capri, Amalfi, Rome and Venice. It was so delicious we had to return twice on our last night in Salerno. My family is from Salerno and you could feel the hospitality and friendliness. I’m shocked by other reviews which state otherwise and think maybe it had more to do with the reviewer than this restaurant. On our last visit I asked the waitress how the meal was cooked because it is so delicious and I am a Seattle based chef who would love to recreate it. She then asked the kitchen whose chef invited me back to view how the meal was prepared. It was such a special treat and a highlight from our trip to Italy and I am eternally grateful for the staff and chef at this Osteria. Gracie Millie!

Pesce fresco. Ottima qualità e servizio. Consigliato. Abbiamo provato antipasto, primo e secondo piatto e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla velocità del servizio. Nonostante ci siano pochi posti all'interno, il personale riesce comunque a servire al meglio i clienti. Inoltre, la cucina a vista aggiunge un tocco di autenticità all'esperienza culinaria.

Il servizio è proprio da osteria, esattamente ciò che cercavo, la signora è molto gentile. Il cibo, che dire, è ottimo. Grazie alla signora.

È un piccolo locale nel cuore di Salerno, in un vicoletto molto caratteristico. È un posto in cui inevitabilmente ti senti a casa, anche se non ci sei mai stato. La gentilezza e la simpatia dei proprietari le fanno da padrona, un ringraziamento particolare ad Annalucia per la sua attenzione e disponibilità. Ho scelto questo posto per fare conoscere le specialità salernitane ad alcuni amici, in visita a Salerno per la prima volta. Non potevo fare scelta migliore, pietanze squisite, cibo di prima qualità e piatti abbondanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Super consigliato!
