The night stayed in salento and after a typical Colombian lunch was that demand something traditional. coffee shop in the city center recommended somevi and we... read more The night stayed in salento and after a typical Colombian lunch was that demand something traditional. coffee shop in the city center recommended somevi and we are glad that she went our party of 5 around 19:45 clock on a Tuesday and the staff was...fast to press two tables together to our party. menus printed in Spanish and English. we ordered garlauch brot as an appetizer and it came out quickly. the waiter allowed us to order a small pizza and make it half-when and half three flesh. we also ordered a plate of spaghetti bolognese to share. the food came out quickly and we were all very impressed by the taste and quality of the fresh ingredients. the ingredients and quality of the cook are the stars of the meal. fresh sweet, delicious cheese and delicious meat on a pizza with a crust that had the perfect combination of cripple and chewing gum. the spaghetti noodles were nicely prepared and the meat sauce was made beautiful. nitpickers can say it is not authentic italian, but they would actually offer delicious Italian food with high quality Colombian ingredients
