Wh... read more This is the second and last time I have had a problem ordering at this restaurant. I ordered a simple food item and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up, the girl working there looked at me like I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. I gave her my name, but she said there was no order for me, even though she was the one I spoke to when I placed the order. She then suggested that I must have ordered from their other location. I showed her my call log from 25 minutes ago, which confirmed that my order was placed at this location, but she still denied that they had an order for me. If you want to run a successful business, make sure your staff can handle simple orders.

We had no complain... read more The best part of the sub was the bread. We ordered a steak and cheese sub and I think they only waved the cheese at the sub. It was very dry. We had no complaints for years but this is the second time we were disappointed. Apparently they are cuttingwaaaaay back on the cheese. Time to go else where. You are putting yourself out of business.
