However, multiple experiences reveal inconsistent customer service, particularly over the phone, with staff occasionally being dismissive or rude. Cleanliness has also been called into question, impacting the overall dining experience. While the food quality is generally praised, a mix of service challenges detracts from the restaurant's overall appeal. Nevertheless, many loyal customers continue to return for the flavorful offerings.
This is definitely my favorite pizza place in the area where I live, and I am a regular customer. However, I must say that the female employees who work at the front counter are not very friendly and do not provide good customer service. The restaurant could also use a thorough cleaning, as it doesn't seem very clean when it comes to handling food.
The food at this restaurant is still good, but the service has declined a bit. What's up with the sudden lack of attention and personality?
On January 26, 2022, our three pizzas appeared to have been cooked in a tornado. The chicken finger pizza was particularly lacking in toppings. This is not the first time we have experienced this issue, and we are extremely disappointed. Is it a chicken finger or a nugget?
The best part of the sub was the bread. We ordered a steak and cheese sub and I think they only waved the cheese at the sub. It was very dry. We had no complaints for years but this is the second time we were disappointed. Apparently they are cuttingwaaaaay back on the cheese. Time to go else where. You are putting yourself out of business.
