My son got married Saturday. The night before, we had rehearsal with the wedding party and then we all went here for dinner. They served us a couple different types of spaghetti, lasagna, salad and garlic bread. The food was really good. I love the decor of the building. It's an old building, but I love buildings like that. I enjoyed my time here. I will definitely go back. View all feedback.
What Matthew C doesn't like about Spaghetti Warehouse:
This place is a clear rip off of the Old Spaghetti FACTORY, which is fine. That's what I assumed when I arrived. The only problem was that everything tasted awful. I don't often go out of my way to write a negative review but was extremely underwhelmed with the food and the staff. The server was trying her best but it was obvious she was new to the restaurant business and had not had much, if any, training. I can loo... View all feedback.

On our vacation and stopped here to have dinner. Very nice, clean inside and great music playing. Amber was our server. Very nice and great to talk with. When you come ask to have her serve you. Tell her Bill sent you. Now for the food, I had the Spaghetti meet balls. Wow, the portion was big. Very testy and hot. If I'm ever back this way I am coming back.
Visited here for Mother's Day. Not good. Waited at the door to be seated to long. We were seated at a table with food all over the floor across from a table with dirty dishes all over it (which remained there the whole time). Waited a very long time for the server to take our order. She was nice but we kind of seemed like an inconvenience to her. She didn't asked if we wanted anything to drink. Mostly though, the food just didn't taste very good. Marinara sauce I buy in a jar and noodles from a box are just as good if not better and cheaper.

I can look past the old decor and subpar service if food is good, unfortunately it was a far cry from good. I wouldn't eat here again if the food was free and I hadn't eaten in a week.
When I lived in Salem this was my favorite place to eat, so when I come visit my parents of course this is the first place we eat at. I am disappointed to say that their quality of food has gone down and their service was not good. We went about 3pm and only a couple other people were in there. Our waiter took our order, brought us our salads and bread. We asked for more bread which we never got with no apology when it was brought to his attention and then took forever to cash out our bill. The bread was delicious, but my cannelloni was over cooked and salad was watery and sparse compared to previous times. Over all I was disappointed because I only get to come here once a year.
