My first time ordering from Popeyes. WOW What great flavor. The beans and rice is great. Only my moms Spanish rice and frijoles de la oya was better.
Ordered a three piece meal, mashed potatoes were missing.
The nuggets were old and cold, lacking any crispiness and tasting stale. There was no butter or honey provided for the biscuit. Additionally, the portion of gravy served with the mashed potatoes is consistently insufficient. In person, I’ve requested extra gravy on the side, but I’ve had to pay nearly $5 for a half-filled cup. This is completely unacceptable, especially when ordering a family meal.
