What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
We made an online order, and my husband went to the time. When he got there, the pizzas weren't ready, so he had to wait what's good. But when he came home, a pizza obviously sat in the hot box for a while, and our deep dish pizza was cooked enough to only melt the cheese, but the crust was raw. Wait 20 minutes, went inside to check. He said it was 10 minutes, waited 10 minutes, said it would be 5 minutes, waited 25 more minutes! You told us they didn't put it in the oven? Very frustrating.
I don?t go to this place for quality pizza but the breadsticks were disgusting and tasted like they had been left from the day before. The service was awful as well; the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. A girl walked away in the middle of helping a customer to talk to her friend in the back. The staff that helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him by ordering food from there. The marinara sauce was so incredibly watered down it was like red water; they also didn?t even bother to fill it even halfway.
I?ve eatin little Caesars my whole life it?s actually my favorite pizza BUT THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Very dirty lobby me and my girl ordered pizza it when we got back to eat it the dough was very rough like it?s been sitting for awhile and they just heated it back up they made us another pizza and one said of the pizza was way to thick to even chew and the other side was thin crust which I never ordered I called to get a refund back and the lady hung up on me
They gave me an undercooked deep dish. It?s like they waited just for cheese to melt then called it good. No golden or burnt cheese means it?s undercooked in the dough. Pulled one apart and yes dough was gooey and sticky under cheese
