When I finally did get to place an order, the food was lacking in flavor. Overall, both the service and the quality of the food have noticeably declined.

I said I rather have extr... read more Placed my order around dinner time and they didn't have extra crispy all white meat. Asked if they could just give me original recipe. I said I rather have extra crispy and they said they were out. I asked can you give me an extra piece or something else if I just take the original recipe and the worker said he could not do anything. I said could the manager do it and he said he was the manager and would get in trouble. I asked how long for extra crispy as I would have waited and he said he can give me the original recipe only.

Everytime we have come here nothing is fresh and the food is overly salted.. we literally can't eat the food. It's very disappointing!!!!!!
