Jack In The Box - Salem

Try to order food through the app, as this is likely the only 24 hours situation near salem. 4AM-Munchies hit hard. not only did I come to a closed restaurant where no personal was to be seen, but because I got the money. in previous visits the employees are almost always rude, do not tolerate literally theft. Update:2 weeks later, contact them via their contact page, social media, and try to call the load, and they haven't answered yet. what a sweat.

I love their food. If they could only get the orders right. Light sauces on sandwiches means light sauce on sandwiches . Simple request but is never followed. Very irritating. Have to go back through line after waiting which is sometimes very long lines

Waited 3 times, in one month, to order: was told they were closed for staffing at drive through every time. Great, work's hard, I get that; turn off the open light then...

I went at 1am for something quick on my drive home and it literally took me almost an hour to get through the drive thru. It took at least 20 minutes just to get through the line to the speaker to order.After all that waiting, they gave me something completely different from what I'd ordered (Sriracha curly fry burger instead of a chick n tater melt) and they didn't have any ranch dipping sauce for my fry's. They had at least 3 people working so I'm not sure what was holding things up but it was pretty annoying and frustrating to not even get the right food after waiting in line so long. I will not be going back.

30 minutes in the drive through. 15 min waiting to even order and then the other 15 to get to the window. They must have only person working. I would have left but they conveniently block you in. Not what I wanted to spend my gas on today
