Dutch Bros Coffee - Salem

Folks here are always friendly. Maybe too friendly, hahaha. But the line is always too long. What I like about their main competitor is that I can order ahead online, zip into the store and pick it up. There's no way to order ahead at Dutch Bros. Friendly employees: 5 stars Quality coffee and selection: 5 stars Convenience: 1 star

Please prioritize the people who stand in line verses the cars at times. Don't make me wait outside for 15 minutes in the cold and rain while I watch 10 cars go through who ordered after me.

This place does the two lines into one and somebody or even two people always try to cut in front of you when merging..

Love Dutch they always have positive vibes. They always make my girls happy and we enjoy coming

If you're in line with car you get your drink much faster than if you go to walk up. If I get out of car in rain and go to walk up and hope I don't get stung by bees they don't take care of you until after cars. Ridiculous this is the only dutch that does this. So went through drivethru and they got my drink wrong had to remake 3 times. Too much partying. Their not listening. If you look at their site reviews funny how only good ones are on their. Bad ones aren't showing up. Fraud is what that feels like. Hope this helps.
