I told the employee I needed an iced c... read more I just visited Dunkin and ended up waiting forever for four regular drinks. They brought out sweet tea instead of coffee. I told the employee I needed an iced coffee with cream and sugar. He came back with the tea again and insisted it was coffee. I said okay, but I need cream in it. He took the drink again, and I went inside to watch. I saw him just add cream to the tea and hand it back. I took a drink, and once again, it was tea. When I told him, he responded with a really nasty attitude. By the time I got home, it was still tea! This employee should not be in customer service. I’ve never been treated so badly at this Dunkin before!

I waited for a while with... read more I visited the Dunkin' near Walmart yesterday around 5:00 PM to buy some gift cards. When I entered, none of the staff acknowledged me. I waited for a while without any service, which was quite disappointing. There was one person working the drive-thru and three others behind the counter, yet the seating area was empty. There was no reason for them not to assist or even acknowledge me. A simple “We’ll be with you shortly” would have made a difference. In the end, I left without making a purchase.

She told me I had to go back through the speaker again. I mentioned that seemed unnecessary since I was the only customer there. She rolled her eyes but eventually added the order.

I realize that mistakes can happen, especially when it's busy, but during my last three visits, I've encountered slow service and received the wrong dish every time, even though I ordered the same meal.

They consistently provide... read more This Dunkin' is my favorite spot anywhere! I visit frequently since I work just across the street, and the staff have learned my name. They consistently provide an outstanding customer experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly and positive, and no matter how tired I feel, they always manage to lift my spirits with a perfectly made drink. They also manage the drive-thru very efficiently, even with just one lane, which is a significant improvement compared to another location across town. I wholeheartedly recommend this Dunkin'—I absolutely love it there!
