This Dunkin' location never opens on time. Although they say they open at 9 AM, they regularly start serving at 9:30, 10, or whenever they feel like it. When asking at the gate about their opening hours, they respond with a confused look, as if you've asked something completely strange.
The cashier was rather rude and condescending, and the food took a long time to be served. I was charged for something I didn’t order, and the tea was awful. I’m giving 2 stars solely for the maple bacon sandwich.
I love Dunkin', but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a hot chocolate from the menu as I always do, and it was literally only half full. Paying $3 for a half-empty medium cup is disappointing.
In the last inch of my cup, there was 100% syrup. I have received burned sandwiches at this restaurant. I have witnessed employees wiping their noses with their sleeves here. The young staff seem to be more interested in talking about customer complaints or ignoring guests. On a positive note, the manager is friendly.
I recently went to a Dunkin' Donuts to grab some coffee, and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The employee I interacted with was rude and made inappropriate remarks, even calling me uneducated. It was disheartening to be treated like this as a customer.
