The cashier who helped us was extremely dismissive toward my wife and myself. When we ordered one cream for our 2 little ones he was more worried about hanging out with friends than taking orders or getting them View all feedback.
My wife and I went through the drive thru for a quick meal. That ended up taking 15 or so minutes. I ordered a bbq chicken strip basket. I got a plain basket. My wife’s burger had two hairs in it and had tomatoes which we requested to be removed. We received no straws for our drinks. We didn’t even get a receipt for proof of purchase. I’m done with DQ. No recommendations.

We ordered blizzards on line, got there to pick it up and was told they were out of ice cream. How does this happen. Very pathetic..
Very short staffed and rude staff members. The young man at the register was trying, but stressed out over the staffing issues. Our order of Ice cream cones was messed up and we decided it was better to take what we didn't order than to try having the staff make it right.
Over twenty minutes in the drive thru for a single fish sandwich.I could see one vehicle at the window, one in front of me at the speaker, and then just me when I pulled up.The van at the speaker waited some ridiculous amount of time to get attention. By the time I waited on the window car, then can and I got my food I had spent over twenty minutes.Then they put no tartar sauce on it or in the bag.
