Buffalo Wild Wings - Salem

I had the Nachos. I added chicken and chili. They were delicious and filling. My kids ordered the 30 piece wings and actually ended up getting more than 30 pieces! Everything was delivered quickly and was very good. Highly recommend going here!

First experience in and the food was delicious!! We eat a lot

Good staff My friends and I got a late night snack last night and realized halfway through our meal that it was almost closing time. I'm guessing since we were the only people in there the staff were really kind about it and never said anything other than letting us know when the last call for drinks was. I can't remember the name of the waitress that served us but she was friendly and attentive to our table, and checked on us regularly. The manager also brought a smile to our table while helping our waitress. Very chill environment and a nice way to end the night with my friends and good food.

Placed an order of sauces to go. Arrived to pick up my order only to find out they had sold my paid items. I had to wait another week to get my replacements. However, Jeff, the store manager made it right by offering me free sauce to make up for the drive that I had to make just to get my replacements. Thank you Jeff. My husband and I will definitely be back to your store.

Our server and the manager on duty were fantastic! Although our food took a bit longer to arrive and seemed like it might have been sitting out due to the sudden rush, they took great care of us. Not only did they replace our meals with fresh ones, but the manager also took care of our bill! You can't ask for better customer service than that!
