Broadway Coffeehouse - Salem

I had a lovely time enjoying a coffee and a pastry, followed by the use of a complimentary conference room to collaborate with a colleague. The reception staff was very supportive, ensuring the conference room was clean and private. The atmosphere at the Commons was also vibrant. I will definitely visit again!

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with a spacious layout and plenty of seating options both upstairs and downstairs, as well as outside. The service was attentive, and the croissants were delightful—nice and flaky, just perfect. The coffee was good, though it didn't stand out as exceptional.

As someone who works nearby, I've really enjoyed all their iced drinks; they've always been great! However, I've found that every time I order a warm drink, it's merely lukewarm, and I end up having to heat it in the microwave. It seems like they could benefit from some process improvements. On the bright side, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is very friendly. I can sense that they might be a bit overwhelmed at times. Despite that, I truly love all their treats!

It's my favorite spot to meet friends and family whenever I'm in Salem. I wouldn't miss it for anything; I've always had a fantastic time there with my buddies.

Great service, fantastic coffee and tea, and we had the chance to try the Totality! It’s a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.
