First thing the gentleman rudely said to me was “we close in 15 minutes so you can’t order food.” I was only planning on ordering a drink. I ordered and thanked him and the woman behind the counter to which neither of them acknowledged me. How hard is it to say have a nice day? Or thank you? Or you’re welcome? I said thank you 3 different times while ordering to which they never responded. Rude staff. Get a job not in customer service if you don’t want to deal with people. Also, nowhere on any menu was the special cereal milk flavors. Isn’t that the whole advertising point of this place? I ordered an overpriced coffee that ended up full of grounds. Go to odd meter instead.

Everyth... read more They offer a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, along with sandwiches, salads, and desserts. I ordered an avocado toast, a cappuccino, and a scone. Everything was delicious! The avocado toast featured a creamy avocado spread, a slice of tomato, and a blend of spices and oils—it was so good that I plan to recreate it at home. The cappuccino was excellent as well, made from high-quality coffee by a very skilled barista. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a restroom. Perhaps it’s located behind the kitchen, but I didn't inquire. If you're driving, there are plenty of meters available outside. They also sell their branded T-shirts, which is a nice touch. I will definitely be returning to this place the next time I'm in Salem!

I don't have to ask if everything's homemade because they can say it. we have eggs/cochdar biscuit sandwiches. the keks was fluffy, the egg too. I don't know how she fakes her egg, certainly unique and very tasty. we also have these really tidy homemade pop carpets. we visited mid-October so they seasonal decorations on them. black coffee was great. the facility is small and made for retreat, but there is a perfect courtyard over the road and next to brew box. there are big rocks for the headquarters. it has completed the experience. the service was also on time. not too long to wait.

We tried two "cereal milk" lattes (milk steeped in the cereal of the day, which happened to be cinnamon toast this time) and two egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Everything was top-notch in quality and flavor! A huge shout-out to the team for their patience with us clueless October tourists. They were incredibly kind, even with a line out the door. I can’t wait to return and try it again when it’s a different time of year!

Under different circumstances, I would rate the service as satisfactory; however, they really fell short this time. We waited 46 minutes for two lattes. Initially, I was understanding since they mentioned a spill and that they were short-staffed. However, after noticing that several customers who arrived after us received their drinks, I checked on our order and realized that it had either been forgotten or the ticket had been misplaced. We weren't the only ones experiencing long wait times; it seemed like everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for their meals. During this time, one employee was busy stamping paper bags and another was working on a new music playlist, which didn't seem like the best use of resources for a place that was clearly overwhelmed. My unsolicited advice would be to consider getting a second espresso machine. If espresso orders are causing delays during busy periods, having someone dedicated solely to making espresso without distractions would certainly help. That's all for now.
