When the plate was placed in front of me, the first thing I noticed was a dead bug sitting right on top. The ziti itself was overcooked to the point that I couldn’t even pick it up with a fork; it fell apart at the slightest touch. The sauce tasted like canned tomato water, and the meatballs were incredibly mushy. I genuinely hope the management can make some improvements and turn this place around.

The hostess was nice and that's about it. Today I go in To have a quick bite on my break, and I'm here for 15 minutes without acknowledgment. A table who cams in 5 minutes after me got their drinks and appetizers before I walked out. I'm not sure if it's because of ethnicity or what the case is, but the waitress always prioritizes the white tables over everyone else. It's disgusting that it's 2019 and she's clearly racist. Won't be having my business ever again.

The server I had I believe her name is Debbie today was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. The pizza was undercooked and I tried asking it to be cooked longer but she simply ignored us. It's really bad when you have to ask the hostess for the bill and a box. If you ever come here just sit at the bar where they actually care about you.

My friend and I chose to sit at the bar, and we both ordered the surf and turf, which featured steak tips and scallops alongside a salad. The steak tips were cooked to perfection, and the scallops were excellent. While the prices are slightly higher considering the decor and location, I would definitely return. The service at the bar was about what I expected—mediocre. Overall, I would rate Bertini's a solid 3 stars.

Whilst I ate a sizable Caesar salad, I could hear the idiot telling his friend that Federal workers on the shutdown should have months of savings to cover and they will get back pay. No Ahole, you're wrong. Some of those people only make $12 an hour and live paycheck to paycheck they also may not qualify for backpay. Those getting back pay may wait several months to get it. At that time I saw sizable portions of Fish Chips get delivered to a table. Yes there are a lot of elderly customers (several other reviews) but who doesn't like old people? One winked at me on the way out. Service was excellent. An employee named Stella was extremely nice but looked like she was annoyed by this jerk who was now talking smack about a gf. Maybe one of the elderly customers will run him over in the parking lot and you can enjoy your antipasto.
