I've been g... read more This is one of the best Applebee's I have eaten at. One thing I have noticed is there's not a big turnover of employees like most chain restaurants. I've been going there because I see a doctor there in Roanoke and I have found that every time I go in we have the same bartender with the same smile on her face ready to offer us a drink. The food is always good as well and affordable. Keep it up Applebee's in Salem.

Despite the buzz of a somewhat busy environment, Jarod remained calm and composed, effortlessly juggling tasks like serving tables, cleaning up, and seating guests, all while maintaining a cheerful smile. My drink was never less than half full, as he was constantly attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was served hot and without delay, with a smooth transition from one course to the next. Each dish was of exceptional quality and flavor, leaving me eager to return soon. Jarod's outstanding service truly made this dining experience memorable and enjoyable.
