I dined there on a Tuesday night and experienced very slow service, with our food taking nearly an hour to arrive. The food itself was just average, but I must say the staff was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 4. View all feedback.

Nice surprise First time been since it was renovated. Met by Jake who looked after us. Did a fabulous job. No rush excellent advice regarding the ribs which were really good. Other member f team asked us if all ok and was also very friendly.

I had the most beautiful lunch today. the place is beautiful and with the sun seems to be the winter garden with view of the canal of the place. the service was excellent and the food was great. a beautiful steak fries. I didn't even know this place existed, but now that I know I'm gonna be definitiw back.
Fantastic pub with amazing staff. Always friendly and efficient and happy to help. Great food, Dog friendly, child friendly and the best thing that happened to Sale in a long time!
