The sunset during our anniversary dinner was breathtaking, complemented by excellent service and delicious food. The prices were very reasonable as well. It was a truly fabulous evening, and I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I had the red tuna served with wasabi mash and a soy reduction, which was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The dish was light yet incredibly tasty and well-balanced. For dessert, I enjoyed the baked cheesecake, and it was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. The Chantilly cream with guava gel was outstanding as well. Other dishes on the table included masala prawns, which were highly praised, an amazing chocolate parfait, and a delightful coconut panna cotta. Everything was fantastic!

I never had anything like that! the type that helped me in the reservation made me so welcome over the phone and he never met me! and under the assumption that the same guy who greeted us today, I really felt comfortable and relaxed with him who leads us. the monkfish who never heard of it, but so help me that the cook brought it to the next level to offer a 5-star meal. I have to go back to all my other eating reviews and change the 5 stars to 4 stars because gaatjie restaurant has the definition and worth in what a 5-star menu really is. they have my highest recommendation! and the hope. this small restaurant could look retro, which complements its excellent atmosphere, but eating and comfort in service, is incomparable with a 5-star restaurant. this is my guessing a 5-star restaurant and my new favourite restaurant. today they took the nr1 spot in my books. his beamer.
