Everything about this place is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience here. The owners clearly know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. The only downside is when they're closed, and I have to drive somewhere else.

One of the saddest parts about moving out of Salcha is no longer being down the road from Drips. Excellent food and service. Way better than any of the drive throughs in Fairbanks. Highly recommend anyone passing through the area to stop by.

I keep hearing good things about this place, but its closed everytime I drive by! I cannot figure out the hours of this place. My wife drives to Delta often for work and always closed... Does this place have set open hours?
