Salasar is a good resort. Rooms are good. All facilities are available. Service needs improvement. The behavior of the staff should be improved. People coming to Salasar are devotees of Balaji, they come for darshan. They should not be seen on the basis of commercialism. Check in time starts at 12 pm but when we reached at 3:30 pm, room was in a complete mess. The hotel was too dirty. The corridor was full of trash. Passage was completely blocked by used laundary. Had to wait for around an hour to check in the room when asked, manager said that no one checks in before evening that’s who cleaning is in progress!!!. Please book here at your own riskproperty is good but manager very badly. It’s a nightmare .. Noteworthy details: Very bad experience staff very rude and unethical. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
