Mcdonald's - Salalah

All burgers can be doubled up for really cheap. Food is mcdonalds food standard, que is small and food is hot and fresh when arrives

They once gave us beef burger while we practice hindu culture and never eat beef. This spoiled our trust on McDonald's. When I realized that my daughter burger was beef one I reported to the person who took our order. They just changed the burger and gave chicken one. There was no apology or even a sorry rather the staff said you should have informed us specifically. The photo of the burger never said chicken or beef burger.

It was a good try but the final term of the serving route was very sharp should be less than that

Received very bad service, mix orders, extremely slow and staff who just don’t care…they deserve minus stars!!

Very slow service, messed up order, missing food, tables are not that clean. The other McDonald's across the main road is much better. This branch should not have re-opened after COVID. Surprised quality control has not done their audit here.
