Sonic Drive-in - Salado

Just a side trip on our Salado drive. The car hit was friendly. This Sonic had fast service. If I wasn't sick, I'd probably have smelled my son's food. He cost everything. They even wanted the regular chili cheeses minus the hot dog.

One of the best and fastest Sonics I've ever visited! The car hop apologized because it took 4min to get our order to the car. Lol

The fries seemed old, and the burgers were cold, not even the melted cheese, I have eaten them in Georgetown and they are very different, they were not to my liking, apart from my fries came with leftover chicken Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I am not one to leave reviews unless there is a repeated issue. I try to be very understanding. The carhops and people taking orders are always nice and seem to be working hard. The speed of service is absolutely terrible, must be a managerial issue. Every single time we come we wait well over 20 minutes for someone to take our order and another 15-20 minutes for the food to get to us. I understand food service rushes and cooking food takes time, but this is the definition of a fast food restaurant it should not be a 40 minute wait. Shame on the manager for understaffing high school students or poorly training them. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
