Every time I've ordered from Tim Horton through DoorDash, they've consistently messed up my order. For instance, I've received only one bagel instead of two, the spreads have been incorrect, and I've been given the wrong type of bread for sandwiches. I would not recommend this restaurant! I've lived next door for two years, and despite giving them multiple chances, they consistently disappoint. The service is extremely slow, and they often struggle to take orders correctly.
The staff doesn't pay attention to orders; I asked for a vanilla hot chocolate and received a French one instead.
The restaurant was very dirty, and the service was poor. It's disappointing because it has the potential to be much better than it is.
I ordered a hot cappuccino, but instead I received a cold one. I also requested an egg and steak breakfast sandwich without sauce, but it was dripping with sauce. To make matters worse, the bottom of the bag was leaking coffee. I’m really not happy about this.
The order was partially missing, and what I did receive was burnt and inedible.
