Restaurant Sok-Vatthana

Waited for over an hour to receive our dishes, not served at the same time, were informed long after ordering that there was no more rice (an Asian restaurant that ran out of rice??), dishes not hot (had to be reheated in the microwave). We were told it was because we reserved for 7:30 pm and they couldn't predict that all the customers before us would want to order rice..... A sign saying "no debit cards" is in the entrance door, but at the end of the meal, we were informed that credit cards also do not work and were encouraged to go to an ATM a few blocks away to get money. No light in the bathroom.

We had a good meal, but the service was extremely slow on the Saturday we went. They didn't have any salmon, even though it's on the menu. Bring your own wine or beer.

I eat at the restaurant or get takeout at least 2 times a week. It's economical for meals and excellent.
